The remaining 2 bedrooms are spacious and feature their own bathrooms with tub/shower combos. There is a half bath on the main level for common use. The bedroom configuration is: Bedroom 1 - king bed with ensuite bath Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed - bath across the hall Bedroom 3 - king with ensuite bath Bedroom 4 - 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with ensuite bath Bedroom 5 - king bed and 4 twin beds with ensuite bath All bedrooms have cable enabled flat screen televisions with wireless Internet available throughout the house. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the lush palmetto tree landscape and the Fazio course. The private pool is situated perfectly just off the back porch with a very nice private pool deck for sunning as well as an outdoor shower. A stainless steel Weber gas grill and outdoor dining table affords easy al fresco dining! When it is time to play, rent bicycles to navigate the expansive leisure path system Palmetto Dunes has to offer as well as miles of hard packed sand on the beach! You can also fish in the many ponds or rent kayaks for traveling the 11 mile lagoon system! The house is a short distance from the Palmetto Dunes golf course clubhouses and the tennis center! There are plenty of activities to keep you busy - kayaking, paddling boarding, yoga on the beach, fishing charters, golf, tennis, etc ... All guests are entitled to 2 complimentary hours of court time daily at the world famous Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center - play tennis or pickle ball! The house is located in the Inverness neighborhood - very private and quiet. This home is an easy walk or bike ride (less than 10 minutes) to the beach via the bridge behind the Omni Resort. It is also a great base to explore the Carolina Low Country - Bluffton, Charleston and the beautiful city of Savannah, Georgia. Please note this house is NOT available for exchanges in the summer ( from 1 June to 30 Aug).
