The upstairs “sleeping porch” located adjacent to the two back bedrooms provides an additional area with a twin bed. There are two full bathrooms, one on each story. We enjoy year-round flowers in the front and back gardens. Our backyard has a multi-level deck with a very private hot tub, and a lower patio with a vine-covered trellis. Fruit trees abound. What we love about our home: It is bright and sunny with tree-filled views. We are situated in a great, walkable neighborhood filled with restaurants, shops, a weekly farmers’ market, bookstores, Lake Merritt, and two movie theaters! Our location is close to San Francisco, the Wine Country, and coastal region making it an ideal location for travelers.
